WE BELIEVE/WE ARE CALLED

WE BELIEVE

 

  • WE BELIEVE...the entire Bible is divinely inspired by God and is the revelaed will of God, without error, and the authority on which we base our faith, conduct and doctrine
  • WE BELIEVE...in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit
  • WE BELIEVE...Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to this earth as Savior of the world.  We believe Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood for our sins.  We believe that salvation is found by placing our faith in what Jesus did for us on the cross.  We believe Jesus rose from the dead, is now seated at the right hand of God the Father, and is coming again
  • WE BELIEVE...water baptism by immersion is a symbol of the cleansing power of the blood of Christ and a testimony to our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ
  • WE BELIEVE...in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues, in the gifts of the Spirit, and the evidence of the fruits of the Spirit
  • WE BELIEVE...in sanctification through the Word of God and by the Holy Spirit.  We belive in pursuing holiness and purity of heart and life.  We believe every believer should be in a growing relationship with Jesus by obeying God's Word, yielding to the Holy Spirit and by being conformed to the image of Christ
  • WE BELIEVE...in divine healing, through faith in the Name of Jesus Christ, and that healing is included in redemption
  • WE BELIEVE...in the regular taking of communion as an act of remembering what the Lord Jesus did for us on the cross
  • WE BELIEVE...God gave man authority over all the earth and over all the powers of darkness
  • WE BELIEVE...it is God's will that we prosper in all things and be in good health.  We believe as children of God, we are overcomers and more than conquerors and God intends for each of us to experience the abundant life He has in store for us
  • WE BELIEVE...that live, death, blessing and curses all lie in the power of the tongue and your life will be a mnifestation of what YOU CHOOSE to belive and speak about your life
  • WE BELIEVE...that evangelism is the obligation of every follower of Christ.  The Lord commands us to go out and make desciples in all the earth..  We believe that each person is responsible to evangelize their own famly and those around them as the Holy Spirit leads them and gives them the ability

 

          

WE ARE CALLED

 

  • to teach the Word of God with simplicity and understanding, so that it may be applied to everyday life in a practical and effective manner     
  • to equip every believer for a significant ministry by helping each person discover and use the gifts God has given them
  • we believe service to the church and others is not an option.  Therefore, it is our vision to equip believers to work actively in the church and to be agents of God's love and power to those in need
  • To teach Christians to become established in God's Word by teaching them to give it first place in their life, thus building an army of mature believers who know who they are in Crhist, able to stand on the Word of God and see the plans of God fulfilled
  • to provide an atmosphere of love and discipleship that will minister to entire families.  We will provide guidance and support to parents, assisting them in building Crhist-centered homes. We believe the family that worships together is a vital building block to the body of Christ and example to the lost
  • to provide instruction and encouragement to Christians called to a "Kingly"ministry, to equip them to utilize their businesses as a tool to promote the gospel, demonstrate God's love, and as a vessel to possess the land
  • to unify the body of Christ by focusing on a spirit of love and lifiting up Jesus, thereby removing the walls that separate the body, to become the perfect bride of Christ, which will usher in our Lord's return
  • to encourage believers to live a lifestyle of praise, worship and prayer, thus ushering in the presence of God and creating an atmosphere of intimacy with the Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit).  God-to know Him as Father; Jesus- to know Him as Savior, Lord and High Priest; Holy Spirit- to hear His voice and be lead by Him; so signs and wonders may follow us
  • we believe the only way our vision can succeed is through our surrender to God, the love of Jesus, and the power of the Holy Spirit 
  • to pray for the peace of Jerusalem and support Israel and the Jewish people
